Dr. Dilip Aher, Asst. Professor Qualification: Ph.D (Management), MBS (HR), MMS ( Mkt), LLB, DLL& LW , DFT, MA, B.Sc Professional Experience: He has having total 35 years of experience. Which includes 15 years in academic and 20 years in industry. Academic Experience: Currently working with ISMS, Sankalp Business School as an ‘Associate Professor”. Previously worked with ASM’s Institute of Business Management & Research, Chinchwad as an ‘Associate Professor”. Dr. Pravin Bodade - Associate Director Qualification- B.com, MBA (Marketing), PhD. , Dip.ISTD, Licentiate from III, EXIM Professional Experience – He has 22 years of experience, which includes 9 years of Industry experience & 12 years of Academic experience. He has worked with Dewan Housing Finance Ltd., ICICI Prudential life Insurance in sales & Marketing. He also worked as Distribution Training Manager with HDFC Life, Bharti Axa Life Insurance. Trained channel partners like HDFC bank, Citi Financial, Airtel relationship centers, Reliance Capital & Customer care centers etc. Conducted employee induction program across various business functions. Academic Experience- He has worked with Sinhgad Institutes Area of Expertise: Training and Development, CRM, Capital Market, Financial Services, Channel Development, Content Development, Customer Experience Management.
Dr. Amar Prabhakar Narkhede is a highly accomplished faculty and researcher with over 15 years of experience in the field of Commerce and Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and Management, an MBA with specialization in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication (ExTC). Over the course of his academic career, he has made significant contributions to research and knowledge dissemination. Dr. Narkhede has authored and published 6 books and has an impressive portfolio of 36 research papers in reputed journals, including ABDC (A Category), UGC-CARE listed journals, and Scopus-indexed journals (Q2 and Q3), along with various national and international peer-reviewed publications. His research work reflects a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in marketing and management disciplines. In addition to his research achievements, he has actively participated in 24 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and workshops, demonstrating his continuous effort towards academic and professional development. He is also an innovator, with 06 patents published, including four in India and 02 in the United Kingdom. Dr. Narkhede has received several accolades for his academic excellence and research contributions. Notably, he was awarded the Best Research Paper Award at MCCIA, Pune in February 2015. He also secured the 2nd rank in his institute during the final year of his MBA under Savitribai Phule Pune University.
