The objective of ISMS Sankalp Business School is to give chances to all aspiring young people from around the country who are regarded as potentially strong candidates based on their academic records but lack exposure to study and training in the management discipline. In a two-year Post-Graduate Program in Management, we transform these students into first-rate professionals in terms of domain knowledge, aptitude, analytical abilities, self-confidence, positive attitude, soft skills, and communication skills. Our input and the raw material are people who are otherwise talented and may be trained to play a key part in the management profession.

Our policies, processes, systems, pedagogy, faculty, and infrastructure are all focused on attaining our goals. Every student is exposed to companies from various sectors in terms of classroom teaching and practical exposure through Summer Internship Programs, Winter Internship Programs, Project Work, Industry Visits, and other opportunities.
