The primary goal of seeking MBA admission for a student is to equip himself/herself for the challenges of the future. Corporate life is becoming more competitive every hour. The job environment is changing so quickly that it is beyond the explanation of most experts. A fresher coming from college for a professional degree hopes to secure his/her position in a career of choice in this very environment. ISMS Placement ensures to become a bridge between the industry and the student.
ISMS has a placement process that is supervised by an experienced team to attend to every student's needs. A round-the-year approach is necessary for the process to make a successful turnaround. Students are exposed to a practical view of the industry right at the shop floor level once they enter their first semester. It is followed by a short-term winter internship, which enables the student to correlate the production floor experience to that of real corporate expectations. Once the second-semester exam is over, these students once again made to go back to industry for their summer projects. This becomes a preparatory ground for them to be ready for their placement process.
The placement cell regularly interacts with company HRs in various sectors for suitable opportunities all throughout the year. ISMS endeavors to provide every student an opportunity that makes them learn for a tough life ahead. Companies from all the major sectors offer options most suitable for a student's needs. Separate sessions by the faculty are conducted for their preparation as may be necessary for the selection process.
